Material Selection

GraniteForYourHome.com has developed a comprehensive natural stone selection process for our customers. Our goal is to make selecting the perfect stone for a new countertop a fun and educating experience. With more than 200 Granite color options and numerous Quartz products available, our Stone Consultants will guide you through every step. They will help hand select and tag the exact granite slabs to be used in the home in our naturally lighted indoor stone gallery, or walk them thru the Quartz options available such as Caesarstone® or Silestone®. We can also recommend slab galleries that might be more convenient for customers to visit throughout California.

Stone Showrooms

GraniteForYourHome.com offers its customers a huge selection of tile and flooring options that can be incorporated into any home design. From custom backsplashes for the kitchen to intricate mosaic liners for the bath, we will help you create the perfect look for any room in your home. We also offer free stone design services for our customers.

CNC Bridge Saws

GraniteForYourHome.com has invested millions of dollars to build a state-of-the-art fabrication facility. We take the Digital measurements from the home, send it electronically to our CAD department and then on to our cutters. Our CNC Bridge Saws are then electronically programmed and digitally controlled – insuring that your custom stone countertop will fit perfectly when installed. Using these machines, our daily production capacity is up to 50 custom kitchens and baths per day.

Water Jet Machines

When precision stone cuts are required, GraniteForYourHome.com turns to its Water Jet Cutters. Sink cut outs to manufacturers specs take less than 15 minutes. However the real benefit of our Water Jet machines comes into play when we create unique designs and radiuses for counter tops and kitchen islands. No shape is too tough for GraniteForYourHome.com’s Water Jet Cutters.

Lamination

The lamination procedure is a hand process that is required to create intricate edge details for your countertops. With an artisan touch, our laminators match the movement and texture of your material to create a second layer of stone, effectively wrapping the design of the stone around the edge. This doubles the size of the stone edge surface and is the first step in creating the perfect edge profile for your countertop.

Edge Detailing

After lamination, your countertop moves to our CNC Edge Profilers. Guided by digital programming, GraniteForYourHome.com’s state-of-the-art Edge Profilers meticulously “shave” the stone to create the exact edge detail you and or your customers select.

Hand Finishing

While GraniteForYourHome.com has invested millions of dollars in equipment, the true artistry of creating quality stone products can only be accomplished within our Hand Finishing department. Using a continuous stream of water and diamond tipped sanders, each of our Stone Craftsmen spend hours turning the rough cut stone for your kitchen and bath countertops into high gloss masterpieces.
